1. PICK-UP & DELIVERY

2. ASSESS THE DAMAGE
In most covered peril incidents, microbial growth begins out-of-sight-out-of-mind when water leaks or seeps from seals and gaskets around windows and sunroofs, or from the build-up of water, moisture, and dampness lying out of sight or in an area of the vehicle where a car owner may not notice it until a stale, musty odor appears.
It can begin when a damp or wet sports towel or wet clothing is inadvertently left where there is little or no ventilation, or when a spill goes unnoticed underneath the carpet, between the seats, or in the cargo hold.
